Cutting Operator Begins Cutting

(Shift start or otherwise)

  1. Operator logs in to PanelComplete
  2. Operator assigns himself to table
  3. Operator assigns a helper to himself

Cutting Operation

The following are the steps necessary for KPI tracking, more detailed information can be found in Manual

  1. Click “Start set up this layout” to reserve layout before performing setup
  2. Click “Material Loaded” when operator presses button to start machine
  3. Click “Completed” or “Failed” when machine finishes cutting
  4. Click “All Parts Labeled and Unloaded” when panels are checked and labeled

Maintenance Events

(Unexpected maintenance events only)

  1. Click machine name
  2. Select Maintenance type, enter description, and click “Start new maintenance”
  3. Click “Completed maintenance” before resuming work

Lunch Break

  1. Cutting Operator clicks “Go to lunch” before leaving for lunch
  2. Cutting Operator clicks “Return from lunch” when he returns from lunch

Cutting Operator Leaves Machine for Other Work

  1. Operator un-assigns himself from table

Cutting Operator Shift Ends

  1. Operator logs out of PanelComplete
    • This will also un-assign him from table
